Master ToC: Coarse Detail

Generated on: Jan 11, 1997

Greetings.

This is the introduction to the fully automatic Table-Of-Contents (ToC) support for my site. It was originally supposted to support various levels of 'detail' ToCs... however, due to the size of any finer detail ToCs (next step down was over 400KB), this is as far as I will be going anytime soon.

Repair
Diagnosis and Repair guides for electronics appliances and other devices. Has in-depth guides for repair of VCRs, TVs, CD players, computer monitors, and more!

Electronics
Sci.electronics.* FAQ. Has sections for beginners, hints for advanced, too much to summarize!

FAQ Link-In
This is what I call a "Link-In-Corner". When I need to link into some FAQ or whip up some references together for a section in my sci.electronics FAQ (see above), I translate it into HTML and put it here. Then, I can freely interlink to the sections I need. LOTS of stuff on electronics here.

FAQ Link-In: Ports
Part of "Link-In-Corner" but deals with interfacing and information about various "Ports" found in computers and elsewhere. Lots of useful info.

FAQ Link-In: Processor FAQs
Another part of the "Link-In-Corner". It has a number of the more popular microprocessor FAQs in HTML - nicely formatted for interlinking. Not updated all that often but neither is it obsolete.

RC
I'm just getting into it... but it feels like a life-long attraction. Since I'm probably not going to be able to afford that ultralight (or PP license) anytime soon, RC flying is my interest in the meantime. Bit dated... but the FAQs and other info are in nice HTML (courtesy my scripts :-)

Stuff I wrote
Stuff I wrote that doesn't quite fit into any other category. You'll find my list of Romantic Ideas here as well as some projects (only one of which has been written up - application for the LM3909 LED flasher chip)

Automotive
Various articles on cars. Some stuff about Slick50 (archive of a magazine article), some stuff about fixing stuff yourself, etc.

My Opinions
Various opinions I have, I do have a bunch. Most of them are either founded in my experiences (emigrated to the USA from Poland as a pre-teen) or formed in the due course of life. Not really in any political party but I think for myself, so it gets me grouped in with the "Radical Right" :-) But since the "Radical Left" is now the "Center", that doesn't mean all that much.
